First of all thanks to everyone who helped putting this event together. It wouldn’t be possible without YOU. We appreciated again the hospitality of Anne & Tom Huwiler at their acreage. The weather turned out to be kind and 129 people enjoyed the Swiss National Day with Bratwurst, delicious salads, Nussgipfel, warm coffee and a blanket or two. Thanks to the Rifle Club we held our Crossbow shooting and the winners will receive their prizes in the next few days (sorry for the delay, next year we will be on time). We had a great selection of salads thanks to your contribution. The Lampionumzug (jack-o-lantern procession) with the kids was lovely and emotional. The Men's Choir sang some of their songs. We even heard the speech of Kaspar Villiger, the President of the Swiss Confederation. All together it was great !!!!
